My bicycle feels different after a winter of not riding and a "tune up" in the shop, what's wrong?

My bike has been in the torso of my car since November. I dropped it off at the bike shop last week and picked it up this last Friday. He replaced the course and the gear cassette.

Did you have your behind post marked to the previous height? Bike shops that have site post clamps to their repair stands sometimes have to raise the tail to clamp on. Then when they are done they put the seat back down.
