winter gear?

how can i keep hospitable now that its winter? the area im in gets realy cold and my explorer put doesnt have winter uniforms. any advice??
regaurding the hats,all hats have to chp issued or i cant bore them. also the gloves are the same as the hats. they have to be issued.
Gear your Class A's and a warm thermo under. They also have leg thermos so that you can were those under your uniform pants. Get a ethical jacket. UnderArmour sells some really good under shirts that keep you deep down warm and there specially made for law enforcement.
